Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan has smashed all records and brought the dry spell of Bollywood to an end. Minting over 600 crores in just 6 days, the movie has simply brought forward the fact that SRK is more than just an actor. Now, Brazilian author Paulo Coelho has reacted to Pathaan’s success with a heartwarming note and fans are already loving it.
The author of the best-selling book The Alchemist, Coelho, took to Twitter to share a video originally posted by SRK on Twitter. The video shows a snippet of the sea of fans gathered outside the star’s Mumbai home, Mannat, to get a glimpse of him.
“Mehmaan Nawaazi Pathaan ke ghar par… Thank u all my Mehmaans for making my Sunday so full of love. Grateful. Happy. Loved,” SRK wrote in the caption.
Coelho shared the video with a sweet note as he called the Bollywood star his friend, a legend and a king. “King. Legend . Friend. But above all GREAT ACTOR (for those who don’t know him in the West, I strongly suggest “My name is Khan- and I am not a terrorist”)” read the caption.
