Maha Shivratri ke mauke par, kya Baal Shiv lautenge Kailash?

Maha Shivratri is one of the most revered and celebrated festivals, where people from around the country gather to witness the Maha Poojan. With the Maha Shivratri celebrations around the corner, &TV’s Baal Shiv, aptly positioned Mahadev Ki Undekhi Gatha, has a special Maha Shivratri track for all Lord Shiva’s devotees. Ajamukhi (Shrashti Maheshwari) traps Baal Shiv (Aan Tiwari) and Moodh. However, with the help of his Trishul and snake, he releases everyone. Anusuya (Mouli Ganguly) is worried and searching for Baal Shiv everywhere. She finally finds him in the middle of the way, where Baal Shiv assures her that he will never leave her or go anywhere.

Meanwhile, Bhringi and Ganprets gather in the jungle and do bhasm Pooja of Baal Shiv, requesting him to join them at Kailash on Maha Shivratri. But Baal Shiv denies this, saying he cannot come without his mother’s consent. They go to Parvati’s house and inform her about the empty Kailash without her and Mahadev and request that she get Mahadev back to Kailash on this Maha Shivratri. On the other hand, a crocodile attacks Devi Parvati (Shivya Pathania) at the river. Baal Shiv tries to save her where Devi Parvati successfully convinces Baal Shiv to visit Kailash for Maha Shivratri, leaving Anusuya shocked. Talking about the track, Mahasati Anusuya (Mouli Ganguly) shares, Anusuya is upset with Baal Shiv for making a commitment to Parvati for visiting Kailash and wants him to break the promise. Rishi Atri tries to explain to her that Shiv and Parvati are inseparable, and she should consent to Baal Shiv’s decision.”

&TV’s Baal Shiv depicts the mythical Katha of the mother and son, Mahasati Anusuya and Baal Shiv, and their eternal bond. Considered Infinite and the Unborn, Lord Shiva had taken many avatars, but he had never experienced childhood and a mother’s love. However, post his marriage with Devi Parvati, Mahadev takes the form of a child to fulfil Devi Parvati’s wish and becomes the dutiful son of Mahasati Anusuya.

Watch the Maha Shivratri special in &TV’s Baal Shiv airing every Monday to Friday at 8:00 pm.
