PUBG Mobile is set to come to India in a new avatar.

It is no secret that PUBG Mobile is coming back to India. Over the last few weeks, we've heard a lot of chatter about the game returning to India with fully clothed avatars and no bloodshed.

Set to be launched under a new name, PUBG Mobile India, this new variant for the game will be tailored for Indian audiences, their parents, and mostly the government which had in the past raised serious concerns about the game's ability to keep user data safe within the bounds of our country.

However, what's more, interesting is that despite PUBG Mobile India being a new game with servers based in the country, the game will be able to recognise and allow the use of the old IDs of users. This is according to reports which claim the company plans to let players use their current IDs that they are using to access PUBG Global so far.

Since the company will allow players to use the same IDs, it will also mean that in-game purchases made in the global version will also be carried forward to the Indian version. This will come as great news for players who are looking for some sort of continuity for the game in India.

As we mentioned above, PUBG Corp is all set to bring a new version of the game to India which will be very different from the one that's available globally. The Indian version of the game will feature fully clothed avatars and also bleed green instead of reading to ensure that the game is children friendly.
