Amit Shah wished for the speedy recovery of President Ram Nath Kovind

 Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Tuesday wished and prayed for the speedy recovery of President Ram Nath Kovind who has undergone successful bypass surgery at All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS) .

Taking to Twitter, he said “Glad to learn about Rashtrapati Shri Ram Nath Kovind Ji’s successful bypass surgery at AIIMS, New Delhi.May each day bring him renewed strength”. My good wishes and prayers for his speedy recovery, Mr Shah added in his message.

Earlier the day, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh also confirmed the successful operation of the Present and spoken to the AIIMS Director to enquire about the health of the Supreme Commander of the Defence Forces.

In a tweet message, Mr Singh said “The President of India, Shri Ramnath Kovind has undergone a successful bypass surgery at AIIMS, Delhi”.

I congratulate the team of Doctors for a successful operation. Spoke to Director AIIMS to enquire about Rashtrapatiji’s health. Praying for his well-being and speedy recovery, the Defence Minister twitted.

President Kovind admitted to the Army’s Research and Referral Hospital in Delhi following uneasiness on Friday morning and he was shifted to AIIMS on Saturday where he was advised to go for bypass surgery.
