Javadekar paid tributes to C V Raman and Bipin Chandra Pal on their birth anniversary.

 Information and Broadcasting Minister Prakash Javadekar on Saturday paid tributes to physicist Chandrasekhara Venkata Raman and freedom fighter Bipin Chandra Pal on their birth anniversary.

                                         
 

Taking to twitter Mr Javadekar said,' Bipin Chandra Pal dedicated his entire life for country's freedom and played a prominent role in the foundation of the freedom movement.'

It is the 162nd birth anniversary of Bipin Chandra Pal.

In another tweet Mr Javadekar said ' CV Raman was the first Asian who was given the Nobel Prize for his works in Physics.His works for the country and the world of Science is un-paralleled,' Mr Javadekar added.

It is the 132nd birth anniversary of CV Raman.
